Monthly Zoom Calls
We meet almost every week on Zoom for an in person call. This is the WHAT behind our group. The Teaching, the Creative Calls and the Group Coaching. This is where we grow as a community and get to know one another. Our calls are never the same and no matter who shows up, you can get what you came for.
Private Online Community
We have a Private Community where we connect and share. All of the replays are housed there and available when you are. You won't miss anything, even if you can't make a call live. Our members are from all over the US and in different time zones. This is the HOW... we can spend time together everyday and feel like we are a part of one anothers lives, even if we are 2000 miles apart.
Creativity for the Soul
Each month we work on creative projects together. The idea behind using art (and journaling) as a tool for processing emotions is the WHY. Our emotions are energy in motion, therefore doing something physical and healthy helps us to feel our feelings and give them space to speak to us, to have their say and then to let them go.

What if I can't be on the calls live?
All of our calls are recorded and posted to our Private Facebook page within 24 hours for replay.
How will I know the monthly schedule?
An email is sent out on the third week of the month with a schedule for the following months calls and a detailed supply list for that months creative project.
